Sample requirements differ between RNA-seq, single-cell and plasmid sequencing. We send the requirement sheet with the quote — check it before collecting anything.
Dry ice, ice packs or ambient depends on the sample. We specify the packing and the courier class in writing; for samples from outside Guangzhou, plan for transit time.
Sample names on the tubes must match the list you send. Renaming after arrival is the most common cause of delay in a project.
